I love dragons. It really is hard not to love dragons. I’m always happy when I get to incorporate some dragons into a cake topper.
And here’s a recent one where I got to do just that.

First off, here is the couple.
The bride is clearly the tank in this party, and I suspect the groom has some strong attack spells

And here they are with the dragon.
For this cake, they wanted to be facing the dragon from the top of their cake and asked me to mount the dragon onto the ruins of a tower at cake height (they sent me the dimensions).


This dragon miniature comes from Reaper’s line of dragons. I find that they have a number of dragons that are large enough to work at cake topper scale.

These two dragons weren’t modified from the original miniature. Both simply worked as is for what the couple was looking for.

This last dragon had to be extensively reposed from the original miniature (I sculpted scales so that I could bend limbs and the like). This couple wanted their dragon to be friendly (at least to the two of them).
