Marvel United has Deadpool in it. And they knew that any amount of Deadpool rightly becomes a lot of Deadpool.
So here is what I did with all my Deadpools!

Starting us off, this is just the standard Deadpool Villain. Based on the Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe, he’s standing on top of the remains of other popular characters! Oddly, I think this was my least ambitious Deadpool

This is Deadpool in his X-Force outfit. I converted this mini by simply swapping the base. Because this Deadpool hasn’t killed Wolverine (yet).

And this is what I did with the wonderful Lady Deadpool! I found references for making her costume really shine, and I think this adds quite a lot to the overall comic book effect
And lastly I wanted to do something special for our dear friend Hero Deadpool. With all of the 4th wall breaking rules he has, and with the comic book style I was using for my Marvel United minis in general, I thought the best approach for him would be FOIL COVER DEADPOOL!!!

That’s right! I painted him in comic book style, but with shiny metallic colors for a limited edition variant foil cover Deadpool!
I used a shaded metallics approach to the sheems themselves, but I maintained the pure black lining across the board.
It took me a while and a lot of back and forth to get the foil sheem right. The metallic colors were initially pushing it a little too shiny and I needed to tone it down a to a more sparkly satin look with some varnishes.
